Lilya Popovetsky, MA SpEd, CAS, SDA is the founder of A Multilingual Development Agency   She obtained a Master’s Degree from Columbia University’s Teacher’s College in Early Childhood Special Education, with a dual certification in General Education.  Lilya went on to complete an educational administration degree from Hofstra University.  Lilya is a Russian-born special educator who conducts full developmental educational evaluations for children and their families.  The evaluations assess all areas of development including cognition, adaptive skills, social-emotional development, physical development, and communication skills. 

Lilya is highly involved in the adoptive community. She provides counseling and guidance to individual families, and she is often invited to be a guest speaker at adoption conferences and support groups.
